Nkechi ukome
Founder/Coordinator
Nkechi brings expertise in social services, community development, and mental health. With a Psychology degree and masters degrees in Psychiatry and Social Work, she has supported vulnerable populations through impactful initiatives. -==>
Her extensive career includes roles improving community well-being and fostering empowerment. Passionate about creating lasting change, Nkechi remains dedicated to making a positive impact in her community.

Patrick Ochei
Head of Communications
He is a trained journalist, former Deputy Editor of Afenmai News-Magazine, former Editor-in-Chief of Integrity Watchdog Magazine, and Publisher of Anioma Trust Newspapers. He has held key positions in the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta State Council, and is a media relations expert. -==>
He is a member of the Delta State Child Rights Implementation Committee and is known as a “Child Protection Activist” for his advocacy against child abuse

Ethel Uto Olaocha
Program Director- Education Opportunities and Early Childhood Development
She is an Educator with over 25 years of teaching experience. She established a private school over ten years ago because of her passion for education. She is also a councillor and a pastor that loves empowering the youth and working with humanitarian organisations who share the same vision.

Happiness Godwin
Program Director- Economic Empowerment
She is a graduate of Accounting with a strong passion for entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. She is a baker who uses her skills to create value, generate income and promote self reliance. She is passionate about supporting the youth and harnessing their potential.

Zeniat Umoru
Program Director- Family Stability and Support
She is a graduate of Accounting, an entrepreneur and an advocate for preserving the family unit. She heads the Welfare department of her church, where she oversees the support and empowerment for the needy amongst other charity efforts.

Emeka ukome
Consultant
Emeka Ukome is the former chairman of the Delta State Rugby Association and a Trustee to the Growing Seed Friends Foundation. He founded his own NGO in Delta State and pioneered rugby in Nigerian schools in the 90s, promoting the sport in both local and international schools.
Emeka is also an entrepreneur and organic farmer, encouraging education through rugby in Ewulu and advocating for local agriculture and food sourcing. His efforts led to the creation of Addax Rugby Club for underprivileged children in Lagos.
